End of the Year Recital Information

All monthly dues (including May) must be paid up to date in order for your child to perform.
Dues and payments can now be made on our web-site.

Recital this weekend

Saturday, May 12th

Directions: Take Highway 27 north to the Villages, go under The Villages golf cart bridge to the second light, turn left. Yield right onto El Camino Dr. Follow approx. .8 miles Savannah Center is on your left. (The Villages is Approx. 40 miles from Clermont. Please make sure you leave early so you arrive on time.)

Twirlers arrive: 1:00 pm (BE ON TIME)

Doors open and slide show starts at 1:30pm

Show starts at 2:00pm

Do not forget your tickets: you need them to enter.

Show up dressed and ready: Costume, earrings, tights, baton shoes, pink lip stick!

Hair must be parted left to right into a low bun. No loose hairs, hair spray hair and slick it back.
Make up would be great for the stage lights. Please apply a little heavier for the performance.

Drop off procedure: drive around back, pull up, and drop off twirler at the back door.

All parents must enter from the main lobby in the front of the building.

No parents allowed in the back door. 

When they arrive, we will check all twirlers in. Then we will take them to their holding rooms.

No parents in the holding/dressing rooms. 
All holding rooms are supervised by some of our finest parents:
your children will be well taken care of.

Please Note: Twirlers will be in the holding rooms for a while.
They are welcome to bring a snack, drink with a lid, and some form of entertainment.
Example: iPod, coloring books, Nintendo DS, etc.
However we are not responsible for any lost items.

Parents: In the Lobby will be the 12 year t-shirt, roses, and professional pictures.
If you ordered any of these items please pick them up before 2:00 p.m.
