Recital Update

Hello:

This is just a reminder that our 13th Annual Baton Recital is this Sunday May, 19th

Parade classes arrive at 1pm dressed and ready to perform.

Twirlers will enter through the back door/back of building.

Parents will enter from the front lobby.

Slide show starts at 1:30pm

Show starts at 2:00pm

PLEASE BE ON TIME!!!

Recital location: Savannah Center

1545 Buena Vista Blvd

The Villages, FL 32162

Easy directions: Follow Highway 27 North to Lady Lake, Go under golf cart bridge to second red light.(Bridge Says: Welcome to the Villages) Make a left turn at light. Take first right onto El Camino Dr. follow approx. 8 miles Savannah Center will be on your left.

Drive around back to drop off twirlers: Then proceed to front for parent parking and lobby entrance.

Please note: A full page newsletter is being sent home on the day of your child's practice.

This newsletter gives you all of the information, address, time etc...

IT'S VERY IMPORTANT.

We still have a list of families without recital tickets.

We need you to contact us ASAP.

Please stop by and get your tickets by this Thursday.

4:30pm-7:00pm

Please note:

These classes/twirlers have worked very hard on each and every routine to perform for you on Sunday. These children have been working months on the recital routines and we have students who are not coming Sunday, This is very disappointing as a coach and very disappointing to the other twirlers.

Many of the routines have partner tricks etc..and there's no way we can change the routines in one week. Please make sure your child follows through with something that you and they have committed to through the very end so that it's fair to everyone.

Also, trophies were ordered for each and every child.

This is an extra expense that we choose to spend on each child.

They deserve to rewarded for completing the entire year.

Please consider this in the future.
