Yes, 2 parades in one day!!
“25th Annual Light Up Clermont”
This Saturday December 7th
Arrival Time: 11:30am
Do not be late!!
What to wear: Costume, group tights, group earrings,
and tan baton shoes.
Hair in a bun with curly hair scrunchie, NO BIG RED
BOW in hair, light make-up/red lipstick.
No socks under the tights. No nail polish. No panty
lines.
If it is cold, you may wear a jacket over the costume
until parade starts moving and then we take all jackets off when parade starts. If it’s hot, please apply sunscreen to their face and
shoulders. Parade starts at 1:00 pm.
Important: The parade will meet/start at Minneola boat ramp and we will end
at the boat ramp.
You the parent need to be there when we get there NOT when the
parade is over.
We have to get our float over to the Tavares Parade for
line-up and decorations.
Please at the boat ramp as soon as you see us pass by
in the parade.
“The Spirit of Giving”
Tavares Christmas Parade
This Saturday evening: Line up- 4:00pm Do not be late!
Please be on time: this parade all twirlers will have
glow products that need to be added to the batons. Attire: Same as parade above
PARADE STAGING AREA is Behind the Sheriff’s Office
Sinclair Ave/Ruby St Property only parade vehicles
will be allowed in the staging area.
Walk your twirler to this location and then you are welcome to find a
seat to view the parade.
Parade route: Ruby Street to St Claire Abrams turning
left onto Main Street.
Please pick up your child where the parade starts. We
will start and end in the same place.
Important Notes:
Please head to the pick up location when we pass where you are.
Do NOT watch the whole parade and then pick up your child.
Please, do NOT snatch your child from either parade. Do NOT
take any other child but your own.
We have to dismiss in an orderly manner to assure
that all children are safe.
We do not need parents walking along the parade route. You can sit
and enjoy the parades.
