Parades This Weekend!!

Two parades this Saturday, December 6^th

 

**Parade #1**

Light Up Clermont

Line up time: 11:30am

Where: Lake Minneola Boat Ramp

Drop Off: Parents should drop off no later than 11:30am at 11^th Street off of Minneola Ave. Parents are NOT allowed to drive into the staging area. Park and escort your child to our designated area.

Please note: Drop off location will be the same as pick up location.

We end where we start.

Please make sure you are waiting for our group after we pass by you in the parade NOT when the parade is over. We must have time to move our float to the next parade in Tavares.

 

** Parade #2**

Tavares “Spirit of Giving” Christmas Parade

Line up time: 4:00pm

Where: Off of Tavares Main Street (Maud Street/JoAnna Ave)

Free Parking is available at the parking garage at Sinclair/Alfred Street

We are number 33

 This is the parade where we use glow products!!!

We supply the products and will distribute when you arrive.

Pick up: will be at the same location as drop off:

 Please be there as we pass by NOT when the parade is over.

Attire for both parades: Costume includes wristlets and clip feather hair piece, group earrings, group tights, baton shoes and hair in a bun. Don't forget your baton!

 

Sunscreen: Please apply sunscreen if needed.

 

No parents in the parades. We have a wonderful parade committee that will take care of our twirlers. Do not take your child from parade route. We have an organized way of dismissing the twirlers when we meet to our pick up location (stated above).

 

Parents: If you purchased a group t-shirt, please wear it to the parades to show your group support.

 

Please be on time. We must put the twirlers in their line for the parade.
